Quality of product is great, however it does not fit a large spinning rod. It will not enlarge enough to cover the first eye from the reel.
Great rod cover....looks good, slips on and off very easily. Keeps poles from getting wrapped up in each other. Overall, very happy with this rod cover

My son is on the high school bass fishing team and our rods see lots of action. The boat ramps are a mosh pit on the mornings of a tournament and it's a mad dash to load up and launch. The Rod Gloves protect my rods from catching on every thing and are holding up much better than without. Even my rod storage in the boat is more useful as eyelets don't catch on the tubes when rods are taken in and out. The finish on the eyelets look like new and Rod Gloves are now must for me to protect our investment. Hint: We color code our rods for offshore/onshore/and freshwater fishing.
